Qualifications / Experience: • Bachelor of Financial Management (Bcom) • At least 5 years of experience in a hospitality environment • Computer literacy: advanced Excel skills essential • PANstrat experience preferred • Knowledge of SQL or similar data mining tools would be beneficial RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure accurate and timely records and reports for business units • Maintain and improve financial standards and discipline • Management of financial deadlines • Produce timely management accounts for interpretation and analysis. • Responsible for compiling budgets and forecasts • Submission of weekly cash flow reports to the central office • Management of intercompany transactions and clearing accounts • Reconciliation and resolution of balance accounts • Ensure proper authorization and allocation of business expenses • Maintains and controls stock procedures and assists with stock counts • Carrying out internal audits for the business units • Holding meetings with various stakeholders to discuss financial performance • Management and training of the department team • Continuously develop and implement systems and procedures. • Monitoring of the vehicle fleet through statistical reports • Review all creditor payments prior to payment Start: early 2023 Salary: R25,000.00 – R30,000.00 Apply: natalie@jdspecialized.co.za
