We are looking for Cook and Deli Confectionery Location: Pinetown Requirements: • Grade 12 • At least 2 years of experience • Good time management skills – Essential • Good communication skills • Capacity to work under pressure • Must be honest and show integrity • Sober habits • Clear criminal record • Provides service as a pastry chef and food vendor in the Deli. • Provides assistance to manager, supervisor, or shift leader as needed. • Keeps kitchen, counter, and guest areas stocked and clean at all times. • Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment. • See how guests respond to any additional requests. • Works with all other team members to serve the highest quality food in a timely and efficient manner. • Help with deliveries (stocks inventory, stocks food prep and dining area).
