You will report to the branch sales manager. Job Description • The office manager together with the branch sales manager prepares a sales plan for the branch • Periodically reviews employee performance and prepares plans to further develop their skills and abilities • Detail and report sales and marketing goals with your accounts in quarterly, monthly and personal goals and schedules in conjunction with the branch sales manager • Points out deviations and acts when necessary • Gathers and informs a.o. local market data, trends, revenue and margin development, price development, order patterns, terms of sale, and product requirements to assist the branch sales manager • Supervises the quality of back office sales activities, supervises the daily routine of back office staff • Handles customer complaints and takes action when necessary • Manage sales statistics and quarterly reports • Guide and monitor the flow of orders • Coordinates with the sales manager of the branch the sales activities/actions and their follow-up. • Is responsible for efficient sales/order management • Oversees follow-up and after-sales service activities for the branch • Periodically reviews the performance of people within the branch and prepares plans to further develop their skills and abilities. She speaks and writes English fluently. Minimum requirements: Grade 12 and a tertiary degree 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative position Own car english and afrikaans Email anthonyjobs@wcp.co.za
