Requirements: grade 12 1-2 years of facilities help desk experience Installation software experience (advantageous) own transport Duties include, but are not limited to: All functions of file, database, scan, print and other ad hoc tasks; Taking minutes during any facility meeting as directed; Open job cards and manage their progress; Major Works: monitor and track progress; Inspections: monitor and track progress; Project following. fleet reports Office manager Ensure tickets are assigned to the appropriate staff member within the department on a daily basis, such tickets will show the necessary details regarding the various tasks to be performed; Make sure to update timely feedback from the relevant Project Manager/Relationship Manager in case a ticket is past its due date and get a clear explanation in the form of an update for the relevant ticket captured and a new due date is set; Ensure that there is no duplication of tickets in the system so that each and every ticket is assigned to 1 (one) task per ticket number; Make sure that every Friday morning, Spiceworks automatically sends a list of all open tickets in the form of a report to the relevant people; Ensuring that relevant person reports are printed and providing printed copies of reports to relevant staff members; Ensuring relevant people review their lists promptly to facilitate the creation of the most up-to-date report the following day, which will take place no later than every Tuesday afternoon; Ensure one-on-one meetings with relevant people are held to assist with updating relevant ticket reports and where feedback is required.
