Responsibilities: Improve operations KPIs by upholding the Company’s restaurant operating standard, ensuring all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations for service, quality, cleanliness and value. Manage cost controls in accordance with the Company’s policy and procedures, directing the activities of employees to meet the objectives established in controllable costs, maximizing sales, operational efficiency and profitability. Schedule/recruit enough staff to meet productivity targets and minimize hourly labor cost targets Ensuring that all maintenance procedures are followed in accordance with the established maintenance checklist and ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed within the restaurant. Ensuring that all necessary controls and procedures are in place to protect company assets and customers. Ensure that employee training and development meet company standards and take action when necessary to ensure that all employees meet required performance standards. Execute performance management of all staff in a timely manner per SLT policy Ensure full execution of all CHAMPS components Requirements: 4-5 years of experience in a quick service restaurant environment Valid driver’s license Strong financial understanding of business. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on time. Excellent and effective planning and organization skills.
