The candidate must be prepared to work shifts, during weekends and holidays. Duties : Capture patient information using the PAAB system or the manual system during downtime. Capture open files during downtime. Classify patients according to their income. Interview patients to make sure their information hasn’t changed. Raise revenue. Retrieve patient files. Ensure that relevant documents are attached to the patient file (identity document, GPF 4 and 5, proof of residence, proof of income) Audit the file when requested. Guarantee the improvement of the provision of the service. Carry out any other administrative activity delegated by the supervisor.
