BC Security Solutions, a fast growing small security company, has a Contract Manager vacancy managing 10-15 sites in the Randburg, Midrand and Kempton Park areas. The overall purpose of this position is to manage multiple clients/parks to cover the key areas: client liaison, HR/IR matters, expense control, investigations, and ensuring security officers are on site in a timely manner and doing what is expected of them, trained and site security. requirements are met and customer needs are met. • Requirements • Matric Certificate/Grade 12 or equivalent. • PSIRA Grade A/B Registered. • Valid driver’s license with reliable own transportation is required. • Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in the security industry. • Minimum experience of 5 years in the Operational Safety Management structure. • Experience in personnel management is required. • Computer literacy with expert knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft. • Strong planning, management, interpersonal communication, and client liaison skills are required. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills, are essential. • No criminal record or pending cases. • Key Performance Areas: (not fully inclusive): • Maintain good relations between BC Security Solutions and the Client in relation to the security services provided. • Manage assigned areas to ensure that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client • Ensure that all Security Officers on site meet the contractual requirements stipulated by the Client • Constantly evaluate the levels of service provided and make recommendations to the Client regarding the improvement of services. • General management and supervision of security personnel to ensure that the required performance is met at all times. • Deal with all administrative matters required • Serve as daily liaison with management on various operational issues. • Serve as daily liaison with the Regional Management on various operational matters.
