AMATOLA WATER INTERNAL AUDITOR (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT – 3 YEARS) x 2 Head Office Based – EAST LONDON executive director’s office Salary R 371,772.00 – R 486,124.00 (per year, including benefits) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: National Diploma: Internal Audit PREFERRED RATING: • B-Tech or Postgraduate Diploma in Internal Auditing. • CIA /CISA/CASA will be an added advantage. PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION: • Registered as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: • 2 years of experience in internal auditing OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel) • Knowledge and understanding of the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. Law of Principles related to Governance, Risk Management and Public Finance Management. • Audit techniques (work programs, tests, sampling, documentation, reports) • Analysis capacity • Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions • Above average communication skills in English (written and verbal) • Valid driver’s license without endorsement If you have not heard from us within 60 days of the closing date, you may consider your application unsuccessful.
