The main objective of this position is to always be available to help customers. Provide a high level of service to customers on the shop floor and at checkout points by monitoring stock levels on the shop floor and tracking stock availability on the shop floor. Purpose and objectives Always be visible, friendly and knowledgeable to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Have a positive effect on sales by showing good interaction with customer service and following customer guidelines Following stock management processes, control and improve stock availability Maintain a high standard in the store through daily cleaning and merchandising principles. Maintain high levels of accuracy when handling cash, as well as to avoid shrinkage and loss. Always be vigilant and honest in daily activities. Requirements Experience and education: Completion of grade 12 with a minimum of 50% math (or 60% math literacy) and 50% English Job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities: Communication | Customer Service Oriented Teamwork Integrity Precision and attention to detail. arithmetic Literature Basic Computer Literacy Required skills: Rule Orientation | Adhere to principles and values.
