Own transportation is a non-negotiable requirement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify the problem – troubleshooting Optimize plant and equipment availability Run maintenance programs. Make informed decisions in breakdown situations Attend maintenance meetings. Attend planning sessions and help develop an efficient planned maintenance program Report daily maintenance issues Ensuring ongoing preventative maintenance drive improvements Stop spills and waste Make sure that the correct and sufficient parts are kept in the store. REQUIREMENTS: qualified red stamp good communication skills Minimum of five years Excellent interpersonal skills Precision own transport You must have your own basic tools. Must be available for overtime and on standby English and Afrikaans Employees become members of a provident fund after their 3-month trial period.
