Send CV directly to the advertiser: FIRST RESORT Requires the services of a MAINTENANCE MANAGER at La Cote D`Azur, Margate, KZN Reporting to: General Manager Start employment: as soon as possible KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •Supervise and manage the installation, repair and maintenance of the property •Management and delegation of tasks to subordinates *` Maintenance of units, buildings, machines and gardens. •Budget of maintenance costs •Inventory control •Implementation of policies and procedures •Manage the property’s health and safety program. • Shift Manager Shifts REQUIRED COMPETENCES •Multiple skills in all aspects of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, painting and mechanics. • Domain of word and excel. •Practical person with the ability to manage a team. •Fluent in English, (Zulu and Afrikaans would be an advantage) QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES •Official Technical Title. •5 years of qualified maintenance experience + management experience. •Previous Resort/Hotel maintenance experience will be an advantage. •Willing to work shifts • Willing to work weekends and holidays •Able to work under pressure Email: lacotegm@firstgroup-sa.co.za CV closing date: September 14, 2022.
