Responsibilities: Active search for new business and sales for the entire range of products. Actively promote and sell the entire range of products to new and existing customers. Implement sales strategy for growth in South Africa. Monitoring of all sales opportunities. Guarantee a strict response time of 24 hours in the quotation of new businesses and follow up on all the quotations sent. Quote all calls for tender and submit it within the established period, together with the necessary documentation. Building relationships with key specifiers, contractors and customers. Launch and implement new initiatives to improve sales. Submit weekly and monthly reports on quotes, trips, and customer visits. Manage all jobs and/or sales projects. Build trusting relationships with key clients and understand their businesses. Develop business opportunities, improve customer satisfaction and ensure the retention of key customers. Always try to exceed customer expectations “under promise and overdeliver”. Make sure you look presentable when you interact with a customer as a company representative. Always strive for exceptional customer service. Provide customers with necessary information/brochures/updates on our product range. Always be on the lookout at a customer’s site for additional products that could be used and sold to the customer. Treat colleagues and co-workers with as much respect as you would external clients. General administration tasks, including filing, document management, information security, and ease of reference. Requirements: Grade 12. Sales and Marketing NQF 5 – 6 (an advantage). Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and CRM, is a plus. Minimum 5 years work experience in commercial and marketing areas. Experience in the construction industry.
