Office Assistant – Queenstown GridVolt is a fast growing solar and electric company that grows every day. We are looking for an energetic and organized person to help us with our office administration and inventory. Key qualities and skills: – Experience working in a high pressure environment. – Experience with general inventory. – Experience in administrative office tasks. – Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite – Experience in Debtors/Creditors will be valued – Excellent communication skills – Great organizational capacity. – Excellent time management. – Valid driver’s license and reliable own transportation is essential. Duties may include, but are not limited to: – Taking inventory – Printing of delivery notes – Presentation of invoices. – Creation of purchase orders. – Attach invoices to purchase orders. – Reconciliation of invoices when necessary. – Reception and shipment of stock between branches – Ensure weekly stock reports are up to date and equal to available stock Preference will be given to candidates who can start as soon as possible.
