VACANCY: ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE – CAPE TOWN We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and professional Administrative Clerk to join our offices in Cape Town. You will be the first point of contact for our company and customer service is your top priority. You will welcome guests and greet people visiting the business, as well as coordinate front desk activities, including assisting and distributing correspondence, sales orders and billing, understanding and interpreting customer requirements, and redirecting phone calls. Responsibilities – Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office – Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls – Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone/email – Maintain office security by following security procedures. – Update calendars and schedule meetings. – Organize travel and accommodation. – Perform other administrative tasks. The desired candidate must have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service position. You must also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations. – Self-confident and customer service oriented. – Be able to communicate effectively. – Professional and friendly treatment. – Being able to learn about new products quickly. – Command of Microsoft Office and general computer skills. – Professional attitude and appearance. – Strong verbal and written communication skills. – Ability to be resourceful and proactive with customer requests. – Excellent organizational skills. – Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks – Essential cake experience If you meet the above requirements, you can email jobs@noodleking.co.za.
