INTERNSHIP: GRADUATE PROGRAM Cape Town The Graduate Program is a two-year program designed to gain skills and experience in the workplace. The Robben Island Museum (RIM) Graduate Program is a structured work-based internship development program focused on taking graduates from various Universities and University of Technologies through a work plan structured in to broaden your work experience Successful candidates will enter into a two-year internship contract. Graduates will sign a contract with RIM and be placed in the relevant departments within the museum for the duration of the internship. This program offers opportunities to graduates who have qualified in the following disciplines. Communication 1 Internal Control, Risk Management 1 Supply chain management, Business administration/management, Logistics, Purchasing management 1 Finance 1 Research, Office Management 2 Conservation, Environment 1 Exhibitions, Audiovisuals 1 Archives, Library 1 Education, Heritage 1 Human Resources, Industrial Psychology 2 paramedics 2 marketing 1 Customer Service, Public Relations 1 RIM does not guarantee post-internship employment to graduates participating in the program.
