Office Manager – Bredasdorp PSG has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager in our Bredasdorp office who will be responsible for managing staff, wealth, office processes and assisting the broker. • Manage journal to ensure all clients are reviewed according to SLA • Electronic reviews of selected clients • Updating client data in MyPractice, including accuracy of life products prior to reviews • Generate an accurate PFR from MyPractice for all clients • Deal directly with clients to carry out any instructions after appointments, including new business as well as modifications. • Create, request and compare commercial risk quotes (Life, disability, trauma, etc.) from various life companies • Plan and coordinate client functions Minimum requirements: • Grade 12 • Completed NQF5 in Wealth Management • RE5 completed • Relevant work experience within the financial services industry • Fluency in spoken and written English and at least one other official language of South Africa • Computer literacy (MS Office) Required skills: • Good communication skills (written and verbal) • Interpersonal skills • Good management skills • Planning and organization skills • Good time management skills • Resilient with a good level of stress tolerance • Team player • Driven by customer service Interested candidates should send their CV with the vacancy title and location in the subject line to careers.wealth@psg.co.za no later than September 7, 2022.
