REGISTERED NURSE Witbank, Mpumalanga. Formal Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Nursing Experience: •Experience in managerial position/shift leader •Responsible for coordinating the improvement of the quality of nursing care for compliance with professional and ethical practices. •Employee training and development •Research methodologies at national and international level •Experience in the aging process •Experience in nursing care plans •Evaluations for the elderly, including the physically or mentally frail •Must be able to work with a diverse team •Must be able to assess standard or care services and make recommendations •Must have communication skills.
