OFFICE/TENDER ADMINISTRATOR We are urgently seeking a Tender and Office Manager to perform a wide range of tenders, contracts, key administrative and office support. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Checking tender notices on relevant platforms 2. Form bid teams 3. Attend information sessions 4. Coordinate outgoing requests for bids and responses to proposals 5. Stick to submission deadlines 6. Follow-up of the offers presented 7. Keep list of files for company projects 8. Ensure all company documents are up to date and help ensure the company follows its Quality Management Practice (QMS) 9. Assist with administrative office duties, ie greeting and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments, and performing administrative tasks such as answering phones and responding to emails. 10. Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Office administration qualification or any relevant qualification • +3 years of experience in construction bidding or engineering consulting • Experience in pricing, creation of profiles, elaboration of methodology • Exposure to on-site meetings, bid information • Microsoft packages • Driver’s license SALARY: Market related CLOSING DATE: August 26, 2022, 5:00 p.m. START DATE: September 1, 2022 LOCATION: Richmond Hill, Gqeberha Send CV and qualifications to: ncuthuprojects@gmail.co and use the post as the subject of the email.
