HR AND PAYROLL COORDINATOR

Salary: R216,000 – R300,000 per year depending on experience.

Our Pretoria-based client is looking for an Executive Assistant with strong HR skills. The ideal candidate will provide high-level support for high-level executives. They should be well organized and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of the executive. Lastly, this person should be able to draft documents and help the executive with the necessary preparations for meetings. Human resource administration duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Help with the onboarding of new employees; • Manage the drafting and record keeping of all job profiles, under the direction of the Human Resources Manager; • Assist the Human Resources Manager in reviewing and/or drafting the company’s policies and procedures, also ensuring that they are in accordance with the Labor Law; • Assist with the personnel file system: ensure all records are maintained and up to date; • Help with record keeping and electronic filing of documents; • Assist, when necessary, with record keeping of staff training; • Assist with the administration of performance reviews as needed; • assist in the drafting and maintenance of organization charts; • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and processes; • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and processes; • Monthly and Weekly Payroll Shipments. The duties of the executive assistant shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling appointments; • Protect and keep all information confidential; • Help with email and other correspondence; • Organization and coordination of meetings; record meeting discussions and provide minutes; • Help with ad-hoc projects; Skills and Qualifications: • Administration and/or HR qualification; • Experience in the field of Human Resources and Payroll; • SPEAK AFRICAANS FLUENTLY

• Proficient in Afrikaans and English.

The individual must be professional and well presented and must exhibit the following traits:

• Professional and trustworthy discretion

• Proficient in MS Word, Ecxel, Outlook The candidate must have a driver’s license and own transportation to get to work (Colbyn, Pretoria). He must be willing to work elsewhere as required from time to time (Midstream).
