Reports: Supervisor Service Operations Competencies Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics and Physics Setting and turning/machining of N2 N3 Mechanical Engineering with 4 Subjects Minimum 60% N4 Mechanical Engineering with 4 Subjects Minimum 60% Commercially Tested Certified Installer
Job purpose:
The trainee is required to work together with a journeyman, so he will always be supervised during the practical demonstration of the Voith product review.
Main tasks:
Excellent understanding of the care, use, and storage of hand and power tools within the trade. Excellent understanding of the care, use, and storage of precision measurement tools within the trade. Understand how to read engineering drawings. Good manual skills and marking. Understand the basics of gas, arc welding/cutting Use of lifting and safety equipment · Good knowledge of couplings, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, transmission systems, gearboxes, brakes and clutches, pumps · Excellent time management
