Fitter & Turner Technical Trainer Location: Lephalale, Limpopo Duration: Contract position (12 months) Gijima is recruiting for Fitter and Turner Trade Skilled Technical Training based in Lephalale for a minimum of 12 months.
1 JOB CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apprenticeship training/skills programs/short courses • Commercial tests/ARPL • Training administration • General skills assessments
2 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Qualified installer and turner with three years of related work experience • Two years of work experience as a Trainer • Certificate of Mechanical Engineering N4 • Trained/registered advisor and moderator
3 REQUIREMENTS (TECHNICAL SKILLS):
• Assembler and turner in manufacturing/mining/production environments • Ability to train Advanced Pneumatics and Hydraulics • Ability to train the installation of pipes • Train the manager
4 REQUIREMENTS (SOFT SKILLS):
• Facilitation skills, Communication skills, Report writing, Presentation skills
5 GENERAL JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Assembly and turning experience in the manufacturing, production and mining environment • The training of apprentices and candidates p1 will be valued
