Food management

We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage: Food and Beverage Operations and Events. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Manage all duties at hand and daily operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. · Maintain excellent levels of service to internal and external customers. · Design exceptional menus, shop for products, and continually make necessary improvements. · Identify customer needs and proactively respond to all their concerns. · Establish objectives, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. · Provide two-way communication and foster an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork. · Comply with all safety and health regulations. · Sales and productivity results report. · Cooperate with the General Manager and assist with anything from project planning to staff management. · Foster positive working relationships with staff. · Delegation of daily tasks. · Address any issues in a timely manner. · Supervision of personnel and control of goods. · Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed. · Set a good example for staff. · Great interpersonal and communication skills. · Strong problem-solving skills. · Good observation skills. · Computer skills and basic knowledge of mathematics. · Supervise food and beverage inventories, manage kitchen staff, REQUIREMENTS : · Proven experience in handling food and beverages. · Working knowledge of various computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS and INNKEEPER). · Ability to detect and solve problems efficiently. · Domain in the delegation of multiple tasks. · Communication and leadership skills. · Up to date with trends and best hotel practices. · Customer orientation and dedication to service.
